6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby Jack, or mozzarella)

1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or diced ham

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8-inch works well). In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until fully combined. Stir in shredded cheese and cooked sausage or ham. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
