BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES

Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries are the perfect example of how a simple ingredient like potatoes can be transformed into a crave-worthy side dish with just a few pantry staples. These fries deliver everything you want from comfort food crispy edges, fluffy centers, and bold flavor without the heaviness of deep frying. Baking allows the potatoes to roast evenly, creating a golden exterior while keeping the inside tender and satisfying. This makes them a lighter, oven-friendly alternative that still feels indulgent and restaurant-quality.

What truly sets these fries apart is the combination of garlic and Parmesan. Fresh garlic infuses the potatoes with a warm, savory aroma as they bake, while Parmesan cheese adds a salty, nutty depth that melts slightly and then crisps beautifully in the oven. A touch of olive oil helps everything caramelize and enhances the natural flavor of the potatoes. Optional herbs like parsley or oregano bring freshness and color, making the dish visually appealing as well as delicious.

These fries are incredibly versatile. They work perfectly as a side for burgers, grilled chicken, steak, or seafood, and they’re just as good served on their own with your favorite dipping sauces like garlic aioli, ranch, or ketchup. They’re also ideal for gatherings, game nights, or weeknight dinners when you want something easy but impressive.
