Ingredients
For the Cake:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
• In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Prepare Batter
• In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and oil until smooth.
• Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
• Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing just until combined.
4. Fold in Apples
• Gently fold in the diced apples.

• Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
