Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated biscuits (8-count each), cut into quarters
2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: pinch of nutmeg
Icing: 1 cup powdered sugar + 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, diced apples, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla.
Toss well until everything is coated.
Pour mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Bake 28–35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
Whisk icing ingredients and drizzle over warm Apple Pie Bubble before serving. Enjoy!
