Baked Ziti Ingredients

1 pound ziti pasta

1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage

3 cups marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Baked Ziti Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente.

Brown meat in a skillet, drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce and seasoning.

In a bowl, mix ricotta with salt and pepper.

Layer pasta, meat sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.

Chicken Wings Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

1 tablespoon oil

Salt and pepper

½ cup buffalo or BBQ sauce

Wings Instructions

Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

Toss in sauce before serving.

Garlic Toast

Spread butter mixed with minced garlic on sliced French bread.

Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.

Caesar Salad

Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan.
