BBQ Baked Sausage

Ingredients

2 pounds smoked sausage or kielbasa

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the sausage into 1-inch pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the sausage pieces and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce is thick and caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
