Ingredients
2 pounds smoked sausage or kielbasa
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the sausage into 1-inch pieces and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the sausage pieces and stir to coat evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce is thick and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
