Ingredients
6 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
6 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed and cut into small cubes
½ cup fresh raspberries or diced strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes for less heat. Place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Fill each jalapeño half with a cube of Brie. Top with a few berries, gently pressing them into the cheese. Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with a small pinch of salt and thyme if using.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the jalapeños are slightly softened and the Brie is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm for the best sweet-and-spicy flavor balance.
