BEST Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Friends! It has come to my attention that in nine years of blogging, I have somehow neglected to share with you my go-to recipe for this most classic of classic side dishes, which simply will not do with Thanksgiving — the ultimate celebration of side dishes — just around the corner.

So today, allow me to present my tried-and-true, back-pocket, made-’em-a-million-times, always-a-crowd-fave, all-time-favorite mashed potatoes recipe. ♡

This creamy mashed potatoes recipe is shockingly good! It is absolutely Thanksgiving and Christmas worthy. The folks at your holiday table will swoon over these whipped potatoes!

* Ingredients

°potato
700 g
°creamy milk
100 ml
°half salt butter
70 grams
°coconut pulp
1 pinch
°pepper
°salt

* Preparation :

1 Choose potatoes that are roughly the same size. Cook them in a large saucepan filled with boiling water.
2 Once cooked, drain and peel (be careful, it’s hot!) mash using a vegetable grinder (choose the best mesh).
3 Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan. Once it warms up, add it to the mash and mix everything together with a dough hook.

Mix the shredded butter while whisking. Finish the seasoning with nutmeg, a pinch of freshly ground pepper and fleur de sel. Feet it right away.
