Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat. Once melted, pour in the eggs.
Let the eggs sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing from the edges toward the center.
Continue to cook slowly, stirring frequently, until the eggs are just set but still soft and slightly glossy.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
