Biscuit cinnamon roll

* Ingredients :

☞ Flour 250 g
☞ Egg 1
☞ Sugar 30 g
☞ Butter 25 g
☞ Cinnamon 1 tsp
☞ Baker’s yeast 10 g
☞ Milk 10 cl
☞ Salt 1 pinch
Inside the cookies
☞ Brown sugar 60 g
☞ Butter 40 g
☞ Cinnamon

* Preparation :

Warm the milk with the butter in a saucepan. Then melt the yeast in the mixture . Add the sugar/ salt / cinnamon. combine well.

Nextly whisk the egg, and add it to the mixture. Add the flour , not sticky. Add more flour if necessary. Cover and let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour in a dry place.

Then spread the dough on a floured surface in a rectangle. Soften the butter to spread it on the dough. Then spread with the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Roll the dough to be able to make rolls of about 2 cm. Butter a mold and place the 6 rollers sufficiently far apart because they will swell . Cover & let sit for 31 min more .

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
