Ingredients
4 cups broccoli slaw mix (shredded broccoli stems, carrots, and cabbage)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey or sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the broccoli slaw mix, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion if using.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture.
- Toss everything together until the slaw is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Stir again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
