CAKE MIX PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 large eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

Optional

1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms.

If desired, roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.

Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Use a fork to press a crisscross pattern on each cookie.

Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
