Ingredients
Garlic: 3 heads
Olive Oil: 1.5 teaspoons
Butter (softened): 2 cups
Mozzarella Cheese: 4 oz.
Cheddar Cheese: 4 oz.
Parmesan Cheese: 4 oz.
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Fresh Parsley: ¼ cup
Texas Toast: 10 slices

Instructions for Cheesy Texas Toast
Roast Garlic: Slice, oil, and roast at 375ºF. Flip and continue roasting.
