°4 pork chops
°40g of butter
°4 hamburger cheeses
°10 cl of dry white wine
°20 Cl of fresh cream
°1 case of mustard
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Mix melted butter, white wine, cream, mustard, and barbecue spices.
Place and brush the cream on the pork chops in a gratin dish then place the cheese on top.
Bake at the bottom of the oven for about 35 minutes
