Christmas Marshmallow Caramel Corn 

Ingredients:
• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 1/2 cup butter 

• 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 2 tbsp light corn syrup
• 1 10 oz. bag of large marshmallows (about 35)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Red & green sprinkles (optional, for a festive touch)
• 1/2 cup white chocolate (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions:

 Place popcorn in a large bowl and line a baking sheet with foil, spraying with non-stick spray.

 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

 Add brown sugar and corn syrup; cook for 2-3 mins, stirring until combined.

 Lower heat, add marshmallows, and stir until melted. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.

 Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly.

 Spread onto prepared baking sheet and let cool.

 For a festive touch, drizzle with white chocolate and top with red & green sprinkles. Enjoy!
