Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and melted butter.
