4 thick slices brioche or Texas toast

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Scrambled Eggs

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk or cream

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

For the Sausage & Hash Browns

6–8 breakfast sausage links

2 cups frozen or fresh shredded hash browns

Oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon for the French toast. Dip bread slices into the mixture and cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides. Set aside and keep warm. Cook sausage in a pan until browned and fully cooked. In another skillet, cook hash browns in oil or butter, pressing lightly and flipping once until crispy and golden. For scrambled eggs, whisk eggs with milk, season lightly, and cook in butter over low heat, stirring gently until soft and fluffy. Serve everything hot with butter and syrup on the French toast.
