Classic Hamburger Hash

This classic recipe has been loved for generations because it’s affordable, easy to prepare, and incredibly comforting. Once you try it, it’s likely to become a regular go-to meal in your kitchen.

Ingredients
500g ground beef
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper, then cook until softened and fragrant.
Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and mix everything together.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir well and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until everything is fully combined and slightly crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
