4 eggs
2 tbsp butter

3–4 potatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
½ cup chopped bell peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high, sear steak 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Rest 5 minutes.
- In another pan, melt butter over low heat. Whisk eggs and pour in. Stir gently until soft and fluffy.
- For potatoes, sauté potatoes in oil 10 minutes, then add onions, peppers, and seasonings. Cook until golden and tender.
- Serve steak with eggs and potatoes.
