Ingredients
- 1 rack pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2–2½ hours until tender.
- Remove foil, brush ribs with BBQ sauce mixed with brown sugar and vinegar.
- Broil or grill for 5–10 minutes, turning once, until sticky and caramelized.

- 1 can baked beans
- 150 g ground beef
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a pot until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add beans, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, bacon, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer uncovered for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
