Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Make the Crust:

• Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

• In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

• Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

• Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

2. Prepare the Filling:

• In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

• Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until combined.

• Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

• Add the sour cream and flour, and mix until fully incorporated.

• Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. The cake may have a slight wobble in the center.

• Let the cake cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
