CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS

INGREDIENTS
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup low carb biscuit mix
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Scoop out with a small cookie scoop.

Roll into 1-inch balls.

Place the balls on parchment paper, a silicone baking sheet or a well oiled surface and place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
