Creamy Chicken Chickenenchiladas

My daughter has the best chicken enchiladas with cheese and sour cream recipe she’s ever tried.I brought 10 jars to my wedding and they were the biggest hit of all food.

These Easy Chicken Enchiladas make for a quick and filling weeknight meal that the entire family will enjoy! With only 6 ingredients, you can whip these up the night before and pop them in the oven when you get home from work! These enchiladas are definitely one of our favorite meals!

I love diving into a plate of warm Creamy Chicken Enchiladas — saucy, creamy, and flavorful goodness. I once thought that because they were so delicious, they certainly must be difficult to make. I was so happy to learn that one of my favorite meals was quick, easy, and one that my family loves to share with me.

 

* Ingredients :

° 1 package (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
° 2 tablespoons water
° 2 teaspoons onion powder
° 2 teaspoons ground cumin
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon pepper
° 5 cups cubed cooked chicken
° 20 tortillas flour (6 inches)
° 2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) heavy cream of chicken soup undiluted
° 2 cups sour cream
° 1 cup 2% milk
° 2 cans (4 ounces) chopped green peppers
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

* Directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, water, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
