Dill Pickle Saltines

Ingredients

  • 1 box saltine crackers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the saltine crackers into a large airtight container or zip-top bag.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, ranch seasoning, dill pickle seasoning, garlic powder, dill weed, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the crackers.
  4. Gently turn or shake the crackers until fully coated.
  5. Let the crackers sit for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  6. For best flavor, allow them to rest overnight.
  7. Serve and enjoy.

  • Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
