Because this burger is heavily stacked, balance is key. A lightly toasted sturdy brioche bun helps hold everything together. A touch of tangy BBQ sauce and maybe a bit of creamy ranch or burger sauce cuts through the richness.
Ingredients
For the Burger
2 large beef patties (½ lb total)
Salt and black pepper
4 slices cheddar or American cheese
1 cup BBQ pulled pork (warmed)
4–6 strips crispy bacon
4 mozzarella sticks (fried)
2 brioche burger buns
BBQ sauce
Optional: burger sauce or ranch
Instructions
Season beef patties generously with salt and pepper. Grill or sear over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side. Add cheese during the last minute to melt.
Toast brioche buns lightly.
Layer the bottom bun with a cheesy beef patty. Add warm BBQ pulled pork and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Place mozzarella sticks on top of the pork, then add crispy bacon.
Top with the second cheeseburger patty. Add more sauce if desired.
Finish with the top bun and gently press to secure.
Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and melty.
For presentation, slice in half to showcase the stacked layers and that mozzarella cheese pull — this burger is built to impress.
