EASY CROCK POT ORANGE CHICKEN

Heathy and easy to make, even my kids love this one! This slow cooker orange chicken is breaded chunks of chicken tossed in a sweet and savory Asian sauce and cooked in the crock pot. A take out copycat that’s perfect for a busy weeknight!  You can make orange chicken at home right in your slow cooker.  This easy chicken crock pot recipe is a delicious twist on Orange Chicken, which is usually fried and breaded. Flavorful, healthy – and it’s all done in the crock pot! Oh yeeeeah… some amazing stuff happenin’ here!  This simple Crockpot Orange Chicken takes the Chinese restaurant favorite, gives it a healthy makeover, and turns it into an easy, hands-off slow cooker meal. Instead of sugary ingredients like orange soda or marmalade, this healthy crock pot recipe uses natural sweeteners and everyday ingredients. You can make it with chicken breasts, thighs, or drumsticks and add sesame if you are feeling fancy, and the sweet, sticky, fruity sauce turns every bite into fork-licking gold.

EASY CROCK POT ORANGE CHICKEN
This Crockpot Orange Chicken is a healthier, homemade version of one of our favorite takeout meals! It has the most flavorful sauce!
Here is an easy crockpot orange chicken recipe to make that cooks on it’s own in your crockpot. Heathy and easy to make, even my kids love
Ingredients
3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
¾ cup Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
¾ cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce {it’s SO good!}
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce.

Instructions
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
At this point… you can either leave the chicken breasts whole, or remove, cut into cubes, and transfer back to crockpot.
Mix together bbq sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}
Serve with rice and Enjoy
