Fried Chicken

I’m from the south and we all know that Fried Chicken is a staple here. Something that you are born to love and born to eat! This recipe for The Best Southern Fried Chicken is one of my favorite recipes and one that took me a few years to get just right. This recipe produces a crunchy exterior with moist chicken on the inside. The absolute perfect chicken in my opinion. Really good fried chicken takes time so don’t rush this one.

Fried Chicken – with the most insanely crispy, thick craggy crust heavily seasoned with a KFC copycat “11 secret herbs and spices”! This recipe uses a Southern buttermilk marinade to make the flesh juicy all the way through, and a breading secret trick for how to make fried chicken with an ultra crunchy, nubbly crust.

INGREDIENTS
1-kilo chicken legs ( or any part you like)
1kilo flour
1kilo bread crumbs
5pcs eggs
salt and pepper
oil (for deep frying)

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Wash chicken, add salt and pepper marinade for 10 mins.
2.Put flour and Bread crumbs in a separate bowl
3.Beat 5 eggs and set aside
4.Heat oil in a wok
5.Deep Chicken into the egg
6.Roll into flour
7.Deep into the egg again
8.Roll into Bread crumbs
9.Deep Fry chicken until golden brown
10.When chicken is already cook put in a plate with tissue to dry excess oil
