4–5 medium potatoes

2 tbsp butter

½ cup warm milk or cream

Instructions

Season ribeye generously with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.

Grill over high heat 4–6 minutes per side depending on desired doneness.

Let steak rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Boil potatoes until tender.

Mash with butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and warm milk/cream.

Season carrots and asparagus with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 15–20 minutes until caramelized.

Serve steak with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies.
