Grilled Turkey And Cheese Sandwich

It’s got juicy oven-roasted turkey breast, smoked provolone, crispy pepper bacon, and a sensational garlic sage spread made with none other than Duke’s Real Mayonnaise.

 

Ingredients
Add Hy-Vee Bakery cracked wheat bread
8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery cracked wheat bread

Add Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
¼ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened

Add Hy-Vee American, pepper Jack, and/or cheddar cheese
16 slice(s) Hy-Vee American, pepper Jack, and/or cheddar cheese

Add medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

Add thinly sliced Hy-Vee deli turkey
4 oz. thinly sliced Hy-Vee deli turkey

Directions
Step1
Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Step2
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Working in batches, place buttered sides down in skillet. Top each with two slices of cheese, tomato and turkey.
Step3
Cook until toasted and cheese begins to melt. Using a spatula, flip one onto the other to form sandwich; remove sandwich and keep warm. Repeat with remaining ingredients until all sandwiches are assembled.
