Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes Recipe

This recipe is incredibly flexible. You can use lean ground beef for a lighter version or higher-fat beef for a richer gravy. You can add mushrooms, peas, or even a splash of heavy cream to make it extra smooth. The mashed potatoes can be made traditionally with butter and milk, or you can enhance them with cream cheese, sour cream, or garlic for even more flavor.

Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes is the kind of dish that always satisfies — hearty, inexpensive, comforting, and ready in under an hour. It’s a true family favorite and a perfect weeknight meal.
