Ground Beef And Peppers Skillet

Ingredients:

1 chopped onion

½ chopped red bell pepper

½ chopped green bell pepper

½ chopped yellow bell pepper

2 tsp minced garlic

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can diced tomatoes

2 cups beef broth

⅔ cup rice

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell peppers until the vegetables are soft and the meat is fully browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine. Sauté for another 30 seconds.
