Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Line a cupcake pan with liners.
2. Make the Cupcake Batter:
• In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
• In a separate bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
• Add eggs, vanilla, and butter extract; mix well.
