Herb & Garlic Swirl Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
• 1½ cups warm water
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tbsp honey
• 3½-4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1½ tsp salt

For the Herb Garlic Butter:
• ½ cup softened butter
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp salt
• Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough
• Mix water, yeast, and honey
• Let stand 5 minutes until frothy
• Add flour, oil, and salt
• Knead for 5 minutes until smooth
• Let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour
2. Make Herb Garlic Butter
• Combine all butter ingredients
• Mix until well blended
3. Shape the Rolls
• Roll dough into a large rectangle
• Spread herb garlic butter evenly
• Fold dough in half
• Cut into long strips
• Twist each strip
• Curl into swirl shapes
4. Baking
• Preheat oven to 350°F
• Place rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet
• Bake 20 minutes until golden brown
• Brush with additional melted butter
