  • Nonstick cooking spray, for the muffin pan
  • One 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons orange sanding sugar
  • 1 tablespoon purple sanding sugar
  • 1 tablespoon green sanding sugar
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Preheat: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the crescent roll dough package.

Prepare the pan: Grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Create the base: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press each triangle into the bottom and sides of a muffin cup to form a cup shape.

Add the filling: Place one marshmallow in the center of each dough cup.
Close the tops: Bring the points of the dough together over the marshmallow and pinch to seal.

Brush with butter: Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
