Homemade Apple Pie Filling

* Ingredients :

* Pastry :
☞ 200 g flour
☞ 100 g of butter at room temperature
☞ 1 pinch of salt
☞ 1 large spoon of sugar

* For the applesauce:
☞ 2 apples
☞ 2 tablespoons of sugar
☞ cinnamon or vanilla
☞ 3 large apples

* Directions :

1 – Prepare the shortcrust pastry with the flour, the butter cut into small pieces, the salt and the sugar. Mix with half a glass of water to obtain a ball.

2 – Prepare a small applesauce with 2 apples cut into small pieces, sugar, cinnamon or a split vanilla stick and a little water. Cook in the saucepan over low heat for about 15 minutes or 8 minutes in the microwave and mix.

3- Roll out the dough and garnish the pie dish. Prick the dough with a fork. . Place a layer of apple sauce on the bottom of the pie, then place the slices of fruit on top. Sprinkle lightly with sugar, if desired, to taste.

4 – To finish
Bake at 200 ° C (thermostat 6/7) for about 30 minutes.
