Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish or pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, and butter.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Gently fold the crispy rice cereal into the melted chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly, pressing lightly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until fully set.
  7. Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into 12 squares or rectangles.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
