Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp (shell-on)
1 lb snow crab legs
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
4 ears corn, halved
1½ lbs baby potatoes
1 lemon, halved
1 head garlic, halved
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a rolling boil. Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, lemon halves, garlic, and salt. Add potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes until slightly tender. Add sausage and corn and boil for 5 minutes. Add crab legs and cook for 4 minutes. Finally, add shrimp and cook just until pink and opaque, about 3–4 minutes. Drain everything carefully. Toss the seafood and vegetables with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and dipping butter.
