Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts & Bacon:
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the sprouts.

Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
