Ingredients:

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• ½ lb deli turkey or ham, thinly sliced

• ½ lb deli roast beef or chicken, thinly sliced

• 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese

• 4 slices cheddar cheese

• 1 cup lettuce, shredded

• 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced (optional)

• ½ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

• ½ cup black olives, sliced (optional)

• ½ cup cucumbers, thinly sliced (optional)

• ½ tsp black pepper

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard or honey mustard (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning (if using) until smooth.

2. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture.

3. Layer the Ingredients: Add slices of turkey, ham, or roast beef, followed by a slice of Swiss and cheddar cheese. Then, top with lettuce, tomato, red bell pepper, olives, and cucumbers.

4. Roll It Up: Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other, keeping the ingredients packed inside.

5. Chill & Slice: Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to help it set. Then, slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

6. Serve & Enjoy: Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
