Ingredients
For the Lamb
4–6 lamb chops
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary or thyme
For the Shrimp
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
For the Ravioli & Sauce
1 package cheese or spinach ravioli
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt, pepper, parsley
Instructions
- Season lamb and sear 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized; set aside.
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- In a skillet, sauté shrimp with butter and seasoning until pink; remove.
- In same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened.
- Toss ravioli in sauce, top with shrimp and lamb, and garnish with parsley.
