Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt and black pepper to taste
12 slider buns
Optional toppings: pickles, shredded cheese, mustard, ketchup
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Warm slider buns on a baking sheet in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes if desired.
Spoon the meat mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Add your favorite toppings and place the top bun on.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil and keep warm in the oven until ready to serve.
