Ingredients
Protein
- 250 g steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank), thinly sliced
- 200 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- Salt & black pepper
Noodles
- 250 g egg noodles or udon (or rice noodles)
Veg (optional but elite)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli or snap peas
- 2 green onions, sliced
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Chili flakes or sriracha (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook noodles
- Boil until just tender, drain, toss with a little oil.
- Sear steak
- Heat wok or pan until hot.
- Add oil, steak, salt & pepper.
- Sear 1–2 minutes, remove and set aside.
- Cook shrimp
- Same pan, add shrimp.
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove and set aside.
- Build flavor
- Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables.
- Stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Sauce + noodles
- Add noodles and sauce.
- Toss on high heat until glossy and coated.
- Finish
- Add steak & shrimp back in.
- Toss for 1 minute, taste, adjust spice.

- Slice steak against the grain for tenderness
- High heat = wok flavor
- Finish with sesame seeds or chili oil for extra flex
