°1 liter of milk
°1 can of condensed milk
°5 tablespoons cornstarch
°4 egg yolks
°1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
°3 cups of ice cream.
°1 can of peaches in syrup
In a saucepan, combine the milk, condensed milk, cornstarch and egg yolks and cook over medium heat, stirring, until cooked through and thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool. Add vanilla essence, ice cream and chopped peach and mix.
Place in a medium baking dish, decorate with peach slices and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve
