Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt
2 cups roasted peanuts

Instructions
Melt Sugar slowly in a skillet, stirring continuously as it begins to melt.
When the last grain of Sugar disappears, instantly add butter, baking soda, and salt.
Stir quickly and add peanuts.
Pour into buttered pan and let cool.
