Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: grated Parmesan for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a bowl, toss biscuit pieces with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Add mozzarella cheese and mix gently. Arrange biscuit pieces in a greased baking dish or divide into muffin tins. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Let cool slightly before serving.
Add chopped pepperoni, cooked bacon, or jalapeños for a twist. Use cheddar, provolone, or a blend of Italian cheeses instead of mozzarella. Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
