Ranch Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

• 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

• 1/2 cup chopped green onions

• 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Assorted crackers, veggies, or bread for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Spinach: Thaw the frozen spinach completely, then squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible. You can do this by pressing the spinach in a fine-mesh strainer or wrapping it in a clean kitchen towel and squeezing.

2. Mix the Dip: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.

3. Add Spinach and Cheese: Fold in the prepared spinach, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and garlic (if using). Mix everything together until evenly distributed.
