Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Yep, I’m back with another mushroom recipe! I told you guys, I just can’t get enough of them. This recipe is a fast one… 30 minutes! My hubby still prefers my Slow Cooker Ranch Mushrooms, but that’s just because he’s a ranch fanatic… whereas I, am a balsamic and garlic fanatic 😉
This Garlic Roasted Mushrooms Recipe is so easy to make it will be done and ready to eat in 30 minutes or less in one single pan! It’s very easy to make and will pair as a perfect side with some grilled chicken or steaks.

Simple perfection: Roasted Mushrooms with garlic butter, finished with a fresh squeeze of lemon and thyme leaves. Make this with button mushrooms or large mushrooms!

To think of it, Mushroom is one ingredient that most of us like, but there are so many people out there who don’t know how to make a dish wholly out of mushroom.

Some of the most common dishes made using Mushrooms are Mushroom Fried Rice, Mushroom Tikka Masala and Mushroom and Spring Onion Pulav.

Whenever I go to a steakhouse, I order the garlic butter mushrooms, they’re one of my all-time favorite side dishes. I make my own steakhouse style mushrooms at home with this super easy roasted mushrooms recipe. The recipe takes just 5 minutes to put together which is always a plus!

Ingredients :

16 even-sized open cup mushrooms, stalks cut level
3 corn or vegetable oil
1/4 unsalted butter, softened
3 clove garlic, chopped very finely
2 fresh thyme, chopped
1 1/2 lemon juice

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 c
fresh breadcrumbs

How to Make ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Preheat the oven to 400F. Lightly fry the mushrooms, cap-side down, in hot oil for 20 seconds. Arrange the mushrooms in a shallow roasting tin with the stalks facing upwards. Mix together the butter, garlic,thyme, lemon juice and seasoning.

Spoon a little garlic butter on to each mushroom, then lightly press the breadcrumbs on top. Either refrigerate for later use, or cook immediately in the oven for 10 minutes.
