Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz linguine
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan
½ cup pasta water
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
Cook linguine according to package directions; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth. Add pasta water to loosen to desired consistency.
Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss well.
Serve topped with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with parsley.
