School Cafeteria Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 1 packet (2¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
• 1⅓ cups warm water (110°F)
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 3½ cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup powdered milk
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon salt

For the Sauce:
• 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
• 1½ cups water
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• ½ tablespoon dried oregano
• ½ tablespoon dried basil
• ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
For the Topping:
• ½ lb Italian sausage
• ½ lb ground chuck
• 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust
• Preheat oven to 475°F
• Spray an 18×13 sheet pan with cooking spray
• Line pan with parchment paper
• Mix flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl
• Add oil to warm water
• Pour liquid into dry ingredients
• Stir until batter forms
• Spread dough on sheet pan using fingertips
• Bake crust for 8-10 minutes
2. Prepare the Meat
• Brown Italian sausage and ground chuck
• Season with salt and pepper
• Drain excess fat
3. Assemble the Pizza
• Spread sauce over partially baked crust
• Sprinkle browned meat
• Top with shredded mozzarella
• Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese browns

Serving:
• Serves 8
• Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
• Best served warm
