Seafood boil with crab, lobster, crawfish & shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb snow crab legs

2 lobster tails

1 lb crawfish

1 lb large shrimp (shell-on)

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

4 ears corn, halved

1½ lbs baby potatoes

1 lemon, halved

1 head garlic, halved

3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Salt to taste

Instructions

Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, lemon halves, garlic, and salt. Add potatoes first and boil for about 10–12 minutes. Add sausage and corn and cook 5 more minutes. Add lobster tails and cook 4–5 minutes. Finally add crab legs, crawfish, and shrimp, cooking just until shrimp turn pink (about 3–4 minutes). Drain everything carefully. Toss seafood and vegetables with melted butter and an extra sprinkle of seasoning if desired. Serve immediately on a lined table or large platter with extra lemon wedges and dipping butter.
